50 Years of Real Estate Experience

After 50 years in real estate, I’ve learned that successfully selling a home depends greatly on the market you’re selling in.

We’re currently in more of a buyer’s market, which means homes can take longer to sell and sellers have to work harder to attract the right buyer. This is where experience really matters.

As the saying goes, almost anyone can sell a home in a hot market. When demand is high and buyers are competing, the market does a lot of the work for you. A more challenging market requires considerably more skill, experience and strategy.

Having worked through many different markets over five decades, I’ve experienced challenging markets before. I know what needs to be done to position a property properly, respond to changing conditions and work through the process of getting it sold.

Selling a home is a process, not an event. It requires experience, attention, flexibility and knowing what to do when the first strategy doesn’t produce the desired result.
